Before You Bliss Out…

  1. Every treatment comes with a free 15–20 minute consultation before we start. This is where we explain the treatment and ensure that it’s the right fit for your health or goals. Please allow this extra time in your schedule.

  2. Ayurveda treatment names are in Sanskrit, and sometimes the photos don’t tell the full story. During your consult, we’ll make sure the treatment matches what you’re after — and if needed, we might recommend more suitable treatment for you. Most of the time, we can change it on the day, but occasionally we may need to rebook for another time.

  3. The listed treatment duration are a guide — sometimes treatments go over, sometimes they finish a bit earlier. Everyone’s healing is different.

  4. Your comfort is our priority. All treatments are provided by a male practitioner who is highly skilled, experienced and deeply respectful of your care.

  5. Anyone 16+ is welcome. But under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. For any bodywork therapies for 16-18 age, we will have to organize a chaperon. So please let us know at least 3 days in advance if you are in this age range or have booked treatment for someone between 16-18 age.

  6. Some of our gear has weight limits—just to keep things safe.

  7. For your safety, we may need to refuse a treatment if:

    • it’s not suitable for your health or is contraindicated

    • preparation steps haven’t been followed, for treatments where preparation is important

    • it exceeds safe load limit of treatment equipment

We’ll do everything we can to make it right, whether that’s adjusting your treatment, offering an alternative, or providing a refund*. Your comfort and happiness are at the heart of what we do.

    That awkward conversation

  9. Here’s the thing. Until June 2025, we kept things super flexible, always offering full refunds — even for last-minute cancellations — in line with Ayurveda principles.
    But unfortunately, lately we’ve seen a small number of people misuse this goodwill, by repeating last-minute reschedules, with unreasonable excuses.
    Being a small business, it’s not fair to us or others who could use that spot. So from June 2025, we’ve updated our refund policy (as below) to keep things fair for everyone.

  10. In line with the window of booking the appointment spots, we kindly ask that reschedules or cancellations are made at least 72 hours before your appointment. You can do it online yourself. Receive a full refund if you cancel prior to 72 hours; no questions asked.

  11. If a genuine medical or other emergency arises (with proof), we’ll sure help reschedule or cancel with full refund. For other cancellations or more than once reschedules within 72 hours, a fee of 50% of paid amount applies.

  12. *If you are not satisfied with the treatment, we will offer you a 50% refund on the spot or an alternate treatment free of cost on another day.
