There are 4 options to buy Ayusha Gift Certificates

1. online as e-certificate on Square website, click here; we will email you printable certificate and code for online appointment booking

2. on our website as downloadable pdf certificate and code for online appointment booking

3. over the counter- as physical certificate and code for online appointment booking

4. by calling us 041 000 2345, so we can send you gift certificate and code.

Certificate bought through square will be an e-certificate (electronic confirmation only).

You, gift receiver and us- all 3 will receive an email confirming the purchase.

Square system does not generate code or downloadable certificate.

Therefore, we will email you the downloadable certificate with code for online appointment booking.

The receiver of the gift voucher can then redeem the gift by 2 easy options:

1. Booking online appointment- using the booking code emailed, or

2. Calling us to book the desired appointment and informing us about the gift voucher.

1. For online purchase for downloadable certificate or code, there is a short process involved as below.

2. Click on Buy Now button under Gift voucher you wish to buy. It will open the gift certificate booking window.

3. Just for the sake of generating gift certificate, choose any tentative dummy appointment time ; this dummy appointment will be cancelled after generating the gift certificate.

4. Please pay the certificate amount in full during check-out.

5. You will receive a gift code as well as link to download pdf certificate, which you can print, name and gift it to the special person you care about. Alternatively to save paper, you can email the pdf file & code to them, and they can present it during the appointment.

6. Person who receives the gift certificate can book their own suitable appointment type and time later either by calling us on 041 000 2345 or online by clicking here using the gift code generated.

7. We acknowledge it’s a bit process involved. But we adopted this as the only other option supported by our website management system.

2 easy options to redeem:

Option 1: Online booking:

You will receive a gift code for online booking on Ayusha website upon completion of gift certificate purchase. Along with gift certificate, you can provide that code to the person you wish to gift. They can then use this code to book appointment online.

Option 2: With actual certificate:

1. Let the receiver of gift certificate call 041 000 2345 to book the desired treatment and mention the gift voucher. No need to book online appointment.

2. They can present the emailed certificate (email or printed) at the time of the appointment.

In that case, you just pay us the difference on the day.

In this case, we will refund you the difference on the day of treatment.

Absolutely you can. Any gift voucher can be redeemed against any treatment you wish.

Just be mindful of couple of scenarios:

If you have a Massage gift voucher and code, you may not be able to book Shirodhara online using that code. In such case, all you have to do is call us 041 000 2345 to schedule the desired appointment.

If you have a massage voucher, generally it is for Abhyanga massage. However, if you wish to have a different massage, you can still book Abhyanga massage online using the given code, but mention your desired massage in message box, so we can keep relevant preparation ready for your appointment.

Any gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. But we are not fussy about it.

You can choose to use the voucher in any way up to the value of the voucher.
