    Reinventing Yourself is for times when the old way of living no longer fits – after divorce, loss, career change, illness, caregiving or spiritual growth. We work with Vedic Counselling, Atma Shakti, body therapies and practical life design so you can consciously shape who you’re becoming, not just react to what happened.

Ayusha’s ‘Reinventing You’ Program

  • Consultations

    After initial consultation, a treatment plan is prepared by identifying areas for improvement. Support is provided through a series of weekly/fortnightly appointments (3 or more as required) to ensure progress.

  • Counselling & Therapies

    Ayurveda Counselling and necessary therapies are included as part of the program. Suitable strategies are recommended to help you build more self love and redefine yourself.

  • Natural Remedies

    Where indicated, simple herbal formulations are prescribed for clarity and energy. Most of the herbs we recommend are locally available, with some ARTG listed.

Important Information

  • Patients should continue their all medication and not discontinue any medications or other treatments they are having for this condition. We will coordinate with your GP or Specialist if required re complimenting Ayurveda treatment with your existing treatment plan.

  • Fees for the program will be advised in initial consultation, as type and number of bodywork therapies required can only be known after assessing your condition. As an indicative estimate, a Program comprising of 3-5 fortnightly appointment sessions, herbs for 2 months and 3 bodywork therapy sessions may cost around $1000.
